Raisin River Heritage Centre Demolition

Rosho Demolition was hired By South Stormont to demolish the Heritage Centre in St. Andrews. Starting on type 3 interior plaster removals throughout the building, then the demolition of the building and the foundation. There was backfill and topsoil imported and compacted to 98%. The site was graded for positive drainage, then hydro seed and septic tank decommissioning. All was accomplished within a few weeks.
